Yes, we do not keep virtual stock. Everything you see in the shop as "in stock" we have physically in our warehouse in the Czech Republic. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, so you can often have the material at home as early as the second working day.

There's no catch. Our strategy is simple: we buy large volumes directly from production and we cut out unnecessary middlemen and expensive marketing. That's why we can offer Smart print and Professional lab (Prof. lab) filaments at prices tens of percentage points lower than the competition, without giving up any material quality. You pay for the filament, not for the brand on the box.

Absolutely not. With us, a low price does not mean "second rate". We test every material we sell ourselves. The filaments have guaranteed roundness and a diameter tolerance (typically ±0.03 mm). If you do happen to come across a faulty piece, we replace it immediately.

Yes. For most filaments an automatic discount applies when you buy 3 or more pieces, and an even bigger discount from 5 pieces. You can see the current discount directly on each product in the purchase calculator, so you know right away how much you save.

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not happy with the filament or it does not work as expected, write to us. Together we will find a solution: an exchange for another type, advice on your printer settings, or a refund.

Of course. Just create an account and enter your company details in your profile settings. These details are carried over automatically onto your invoice.

If you forgot to fill them in, write to us after your order at info@filamentor.io and we will correct the invoice right away.
